Mayer Construction understands that Quality is the end condition that is expected by every customer. There is no question about this. There is no room for compromise regarding Quality. It is either correct or it is not. To that point, we continuously work with our employees to embed this concept in our collective conscience. We train ourselves to expect that Quality is the norm. At Mayer Construction each employee is responsible for Quality and they are empowered to hold others accountable.

We also understand that Quality is not achieved in a single activity, but is the result of a series of good decisions that start with the design. Sometimes during the bidding process we may discover conflicts in the documents or details that may not be the best. We may also find that the materials or systems specified may not be appropriate or can be improved upon. We always bring these to the attention of the design team and Owner to head off any problems before they get to construction.

As the general contractor, Mayer Construction has the primary responsibility for quality assurance. We inspect the completed work and verify that the approved materials are being installed correctly. We want to build it right the first time!
